After a foray into the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search of the Mountain Gorilla,
immerse yourself in community activities, indulge in a peaceful massage or simply relax
and enjoy the serene atmosphere: the lodge’s fireplaces, soaring ceilings, exposed wooden
beams, and big picture windows invite you to come in, take your coat off and stay a while.

Clouds is a wonderful conservation story, a successful partnership between Wildplaces, the
Africa Wildlife Foundation and the local Community of Nkuringo, built to spearhead a local
movement to protect the habitat of the gorillas. All our guests at Clouds are a part of this
bigger story.
